The Max FS light unit is a 10 LED light, comprised of 6× 8mm wide-angle 850nm Infrared (IR) LEDs, 2× 10mm 395-405nm Ultra-Violet (UV) LEDs, and 2× 10mm 520-530nm Green LEDs, with an integrated 2000mAh rechargeable Lithium Ion battery.
Unit has two switches, One toggles the 6 IR LEDs and the other toggles the two UV and Green LEDs. Both switched on will illuminate all 10 LEDs, and provides up to 10m distance of light-throw.
The internal Lithium-Ion battery can be recharged via the side-mounted Micro USB port, and provides up to 5 hours of use.
Includes carry bag, 1/4″ thread to cold-shoe mount adapter, and Micro USB Charging cable.
This unit is mainly intended for indoor use.
Warning:
This product emits 850nm infrared (IR) light.
Not only is this light invisible to the human eye, but standard cameras (such as the one built into your mobile phone) are designed to block this kind of light.
Standard cameras may show the infrared LEDs emitting only a faint pink glow, or even nothing at all.
A camera designed to be sensitive to 850nm infrared light, such as our night-vision or full-spectrum cameras is required to be able to use this light unit.
