For these, they do require additional time for building or customisation before they are ready to be shipped. The estimated time for this is stated on their respective product pages.

Additionally, during peak periods or high demand, our team might experience a surge in orders, causing a slight delay in processing. We strive to keep this to a minimum, but please understand that during these busier times, it might take a bit longer to get your order out.

These payment providers pay us the full amount upfront, allowing us to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. The installment payments you make are handled directly between you and the provider, and we don’t have visibility into whether all the payments are completed.
