However, some of our items are customised or built according to customer selections, as indicated on their respective product pages. For these, they do require additional time for building or customisation before they are ready to be shipped. The estimated time for this is stated on their respective product pages.

Additionally, during peak periods or high demand, our team might experience a surge in orders, causing a slight delay in processing. We strive to keep this to a minimum, but please understand that during these busier times, it might take a bit longer to get your order out.

When you place an order using a “Buy Now, Pay Later” service like AfterPay, Zip Pay, or PayPal Pay In 4, your order will still ship straight away.

These payment providers pay us the full amount upfront, allowing us to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. The installment payments you make are handled directly between you and the provider, and we don’t have visibility into whether all the payments are completed.

So, rest assured, your order will be on its way without waiting for the installments to be fully paid off.

If you placed an order as a guest (while logged out), it will not appear in your order list. Rest assured, the order still exists and will be fulfilled. You will still receive updates to the order, such as shipping and tracking information.
