Each use 3× LR41 or AG3 batteries (included).
While the batteries technically are replaceable, they require a bit of effort to open to get to the batteries, and the shell will have to be glued back together.
We suggest getting a few to have on hand in case one goes flat while investigating.
Please note that this device is not designed to be super sensitive, and performance will vary between two or more units.
Additionally, you may find placing a unit at different angles will vary its sensitivity.
